Culinary enjoyment is of great importance in the Hotel Hubertus. Local specialities are brought to the guests plates along with dishes with an international touch. The hosts are not only inspired from their time spent in foreign countries, but equally from the surrounding countryside. Regional products play a big role at the Hotel Hubertus. Only high-quality ingredients are used for both breakfast and dinner
Where possible, these come directly from the farm next door or from the region around the Arlberg. The evening menu is rounded off with a good glass of wine form the carefully selected wine list.
